Returns & Exchanges

As a small company, we want to make sure every customer is satisfied. We will gladly accept returns and exchanges as long as the towels are unused and in their original packaging. To initiate a return or exchange, click here to email Samantha (DryFoxCo owner) your request within 7 days of receiving your order.

Once the exchange or return is approved, the customer is responsible for shipping the unused towel(s) back to DryFoxCo at the customer’s expense. Once received, your exchange or return will be processed and DryFoxCo will ship out your new towels or issue a product refund within 7 days. We have the right to refuse any return or exchange once received due to product condition.

This towel saved me so much money on a recent trip. I went to Costa Rica where the daily towel rental was $5/day for 14 days...that's $70. So glad I bought this towel that has already well paid for itself 3 times over!

Nice size to bring everywhere. I use mine for the dog’s muddy feet or to throw over the seat. Could also use for sitting at a baseball game to protect legs against burning hot bleachers.

this little towel has saved me on so many occasions. from kayaking to just being a mom, it wipes up everything. really absorbent and easy to leave in my go bag.

Idk if anyone else does this, but I use this towel for wiping the snow off my skis and boots after a day on the slopes. Works well, dries hanging over my passenger seat then is stored in my ski bag for next time.

Use it on my dog. Wife got it at an expo for her hair, but the dog adopted it first. Doesn't collect fur, shakes off and absorbs very well.

Should you buy this? Yes. Is it a great pack towel? Yup! Using it on my thru-hike of the AT this spring. Already used it for the PCT and it worked great. Very lightweight (like 3.7 oz and even less if you remove the loop)

I needed a new microfiber towel and this one is prettier and lighter than my last one. I like the snap hang loops. I also like that this is a small company.

You ever get to the top of a mountain and see a beautiful alpine lake that you just have to jump in to bc why not, you’re here! But then you get out and the air descending the mountain is 50 and you’re soaking bc wet and unhappy with your life choices? This is why I hike with this lightweight compact towel now! Literally weighs nothing by and is always there if I need it. Game changer!

So pretty but functional! I use it at the gym so I don’t have to lay directly on the gross bench. Easy to wash, never smells.
